At The Antiqued Mirror Company, we strive for perfection in every reflection, but if your handcrafted mirror doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original specialized packaging to prevent transit damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandizing Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the mirror back into its original protective wooden crate or reinforced box, ensuring all corner protectors and foam inserts are securely in place.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized fragile-goods courier to collect the item from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece for integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
